This list of improvements captures all the areas where facilities are being 'rejuvinated'
to today's standards - making better use of the Room we have
- Stage wing 'drapes' have given us an attractive stage surround rather than as a simple 'shell' for drama sets.
- Waste Recycling Grant-aid administered through ONYX allowed us to reinstate the 2nd entrance with
a small toilet in its entrance foyer - all to give independent access to the Meeting Room.
- It is hoped that the Meeting Room itself will be refurbished in Phase 3 (2007 or 2008).
- The mainhall skylights are being appraised - trails to take place to decide on need for overhead natural light.
Expert advice will then be sought on the eco-economics and feasibility of refurbishment to ideally
give suitable
environmental conditions for all User Groups on all occasions - in Phase 3 (2007 or 2008)
