- First event - another successful 'Horticultural Show' - benefitted from open skylights on a very warm day
- First open evening - dancers return and all very pleased with floor surface and general appearance of hall
- This first evening was possibly the warmest this year. Dancers found the room very warm and were requesting circulation fans
this will be monitored over next 12 months to see if new ceiling fans are justified
ALSO floor success for Badminton - so multipurpose floor seems to have been achieved
- One outstanding issue is 2 faulty Velux blinds - arrangements for rectifying on Tues 21 OCt

- Basically on budget with thanks to grants from Chester City Council (for floor renovation)
and to ICI (all Dulux paint supplied
through their 'Colour the Community' innitiative)
