- Hall Rules established and signed acceptance from all Usaer Groups and 'casual user organiser'
- H&S Officer appointed - h&S policy and Environmental policy in place - regular Risk Assessments
- New cleaner/caretaker appointed - (additional training were identified) - much improved cleaning - to User satisfaction
- Board of Management (&Trustees) - reviewed and restructured with new constitution
- Hall Forum established for User Group feedback & discussion
- Booking arrangements improved with new on-line calendar - more efficient bookings separating 'regular' and 'casual' arrangements
- Much increased use of Hall facilities - near full take-up over winter 6 months.
