See From 1 Jan 2008 - new arrangements for hire of Meeting Room were introduced after the refurbishment When the main hall is booked by large gatherings then generally they require the whole building. Large gatherings in the hall tend to require all the car parking space and separate booking of the Meeting Room is not feasible. However there are many occasions when a small gathering can use the Meeting Room while the Main Hall serves another Group.
