Trustees are appointed to provide the appropriate mix of competencies and skills and with sufficient time and dedication to ensure a sustained efficient and quality management of the whole facility. They operate under the Role & Values statement as revised by the Trustees November 2013.

The Officers on the Board are in frequent contact to discuss the day to day management of the facility and the full Board meets quarterly to decide on strategic direction, key issues that have arisen and for the outline planning of projects.
