- a commercial-style dishwasher with its own 'slops' drain basin
- a commercial-style refrigerator
- a commercial-style warming cupboard
- handwashing facilities
- two sinks for food preparation and for washing
- work surfaces
- lockers for storage by User Groups - these are small intended only for tea/coffee/sugar
